Hard to get up the steps in this condition. Actually, when we first got up Saturday morning, the only way we could get out of the house was through the garage. All the other doors open out and had snow up against them so we couldn’t open them!
This is going to have to do. There’s just too much snow to move and no where to put it!
This week the post office suspended Saturday delivery because of a travel ban.
With this much snow, we’re not going anywhere anytime soon!
Wow! You had quite a storm. Keep safe. Hope your garden plants are ok as well.

Thank you both for the comments! We are indeed lucky to be okay, and I think the plants will be fine–a few broken limbs here and there but I’d so much rather have my plants slumbering beneath a deep snow cover than unprotected in freezing weather.
Unless we have another storm, you’ll see what we almost missed out on next Wednesday–not quite garden related, but could have been a real disaster!
